Betsy Peretti, an expert partner in our San Francisco office and one of the founders of our Innovation and Design capability, developed a passion for business at an early age thanks to watching her father run a casino hotel. Her journey has taken her to Bain and beyond before boomeranging back to the firm. Two months after returning to Bain, her life took an unexpected turn when she suffered a traumatic brain injury that caused her executive function skills to severely suffer.
